Cr-Mo or Alloy BMX frame?
i wish to know the strongest and lightest of these 2 materials for a stunt BMX, (i am wishing to buy one and i wish to know which would be the best for it) what is cr-mo (i’m a newbie) and alloy is super light but expencive? is cromo stronger? and how light is it?

Cr-Mo is an alloy.
Chromium and Molybdenum are added to steel to increase its strength.
4130/4140 is an example of Chrome Moly steel. Last two numbers indicate the percentage of carbon in the steel. 0.3%/0.4%.
4130/4140 has been used in bicycle frames for decades.
All of my road bicycle are built with Chrome Moly steel. I like the ride and feel of steel.
