How do I maintain the forefork with suspension, like this one: http://www.rih.nl/site/images/details/voorvork.jpg
Should i add oil regulairly? The supension works through flexble elastomers.
If you need to add oil on a regular basis, you have an oil leak.
The fork needs to be repaired as your seals/wipers are worn out. The type of damping you have is not an issue. If you are not sure how to maintain the fork go to the manufactures web site and download a repair manual. If still in doubt, take it to a bike shop.
