Surly Karate Monkey – Great Handling And Climbing
Anyone who’s ridden this bike will agree that it’s just plain good fun. End of story. It’s built to perfection and that means great manoeuvring ability in the trails. Since it’s a single speed, there’s really nothing to go wrong with it. Hop on and go- that’s what we all love about the Surly Karate Monkey.
Apart from the great handling and good geometry, the Surly Karate Monkey is versatile, inexpensive and Surly are good on customer service. You’ll love the rear horizontal drops.
Goof around, play and have fun. Fantastic in the winter woods. It just feels great to be out there riding the thing – it’s really as simple as that! Some people drop the handlebars as low as they will go and find the position comfortable like a 26″ race bike.
So, the Surly Karate monkey is cheap, solid, reliable, simple, and has lovely big wheels. It’s almost as if it knows what you’re going to do next. It climbs well and responds terrifically. What more could a cyclist ask for?
