my horn, brake lights and gear shifter doesnt work?

Your horn and brake lights not working is an electrical problem, but I have to believe that your *GEAR SHIFTER* not working is an entirely different ‘animal’. Sounds to me like your gear shifter not working (something mechanically wrong) has caused an interruption in the wiring to your horn and brake lights. I suggest you consult a reliable local auto mechanic.
