Which chain tensioner is better?
i am wondering which chain tensioner would be better to use?

Either would work, the spring loaded one will allow some movement, whereas the fixed one will require adjusting as the chain wears, but that shouldn’t be a regular problem, and it should only require adjusting every few months.
