When cycling, what part of your foot do you use to pedal?
Which part of the foot do you use to make contact with the pedal? Which do you find most efficient?
Forefoot?
Midfoot?
Heel?
Depends?
Doesn’t matter?

Yes, it does make a difference! Have you ever tried too run on the heels of your feet? Or run flat footed? It doe not work well does it!
You should pedal using the forefoot, under the ball of the foot to be exact. Some have some knee pain while pedaling, so moving the point of contact ever so slightly fore and aft of that position may relieve that pain.
