NBAA, AOPA, EAA Planning Legal Challenge to DOT’s Move to Dismantle BARR
Washington, DC, June 6, 2011 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) today announced that they will mount a legal challenge to the decision by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to dismantle the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) program.
