The Biomaster has a worm gear style, 2-speed oscillation system which supplies perfect line lay, and winding shape that saves energy while being cast. The end results? A reduced amount of effort, and far more extended casting distances. To me, the Super Stopper II, which is an anti-reverse component and the AR -C line management system are rather handy. The reel contains a 4.6:1 retrieve ratio. The 8000 XT -B offers a line capacity of 350yd of 17lb test line and its weight is 720g. All these features converge to make the Biomaster an exceptional reel.
