For a first fixie/fixed gear/single speed bike is this a good starter?
It’s got a sportsworld frame, stars circle 700c wheels, Chang shen tubes and tyres, Wienmann caliper breaks?
it’s $350 and i thought i’d be alright for my first bike, and if it’s my thing then i can upgrade
Do you think it’s worth it or i should look into something a little better?

That sounds like a lot to pay. Im assuming you seen this on ebay or something. Chang shen tubes and tyres? Thats a really odd thing to stipulate. That and weinmann caliper brakes suggest this bike could really be any old crap, for $350 you could do a lot better.
If this is your first bike…i would recommend go for single speed with front and rear brakes, over a fixie.
