What Are The Most Common Anxiety Symptoms
Advisory statements related to medical and health cases like cardiac arrest or strokes appear to be broadcasted all over American television these days. Having anxiety symptoms is very common in our society today, since we are presented with stressful circumstances on a regular basis. Lots of us however may experience anxiety symptoms for seemingly no reason at all, and can confuse the symptoms with the symptoms of having a heart attack or some other medical condition. Those who suffer from anxiety attacks sometimes confuse these symptoms.
Anxiety symptoms are definitely different for everyone, and sometimes it’s apparent that they’re just feeling anxiety – right before speaking in public, when you’re about to be married, when you open your front door and see two law enforcement officers standing there; these events could easily make anyone anxious and nervous! But for many of us, anxiety symptoms may also include breathing problems, heart contractions, nausea, chest pains, constricted breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes. Stomach aches, and headaches are not unheard of either. You can understand how these could actually be confused with a heart attack or asthma or any type of other conditions.
If you get these anxiety symptoms on a frequent basis, and especially if they tend to show up for no reason, you should probably consult with your doctor. At the outset, you’ll want to rule out the chances of it being a heart attack or something that severe. Secondly, he or she can prescribe pills or therapy that could help you live with the anxiety symptoms while at the same time working with you to discover why you’re stressed and anxious to begin with. You could have some chemical imbalances in the brain or may need to try some new positive techniques on how to process an event so that you will be able to avoid the onset of an anxiety attack before it gets too severe.
