BCM rubbish woes begin all over again
RUBBISH has been piling up in East London’s streets and residents are blaming Buffalo City Metro (BCM) for poor refuse collection planning. This week the Daily Dispatch received numerous calls from residents who claimed their rubbish had not been collected for weeks.
