i need some bike buying advice?
I am looking to get into fr/dh and i am currently searching for a bike, i have a budget of 1000 and i found a kona stinky 2005 on craigslist for 950, this is what the guy said that the parts list was
hayes elcamino hydrolic disk brakes
brant new bontrager seat
marzochi bomber triple clamp forks
brand new fox vanilla rear shock
sram x gen derailer

i need some advice, is this a good deal, he says this was only used as a commuter, of course i am going to check out everything before i buy, but what do you guys think a fair price for this bike would be?
Considering the bike sold originally for $1,899.00, I still think it’s a tad high. Check all the ‘supposed’ new parts & make sure they are in fact new.
