Specify details such as dates, deadlines, total estimated cost with all the payment dues and even litigation solutions in case of legal problems. Standard contracts that allow for modifications are common too, but you should be able to add or remove clauses after discussions. If the web designers are not willing to make the changes, then, maybe this is not the web marketing design service for you.
