Should I get a Medium helmet or a Large.. apparently I am right in between on the shoei size charts..?

my head size in circumference is 22 1/2 inches or 57 1/4 cm im looking into buying one from shoei online, and dont know anywhere around me that has these helmets Med or Large? im kinda leaning toward large but idunno.
Try them on if you can but I promise you dont want a snug or tight fitting helmet, it is extremely uncomfortable, especially in hot weather.
Neither do you want an excessively loose one but if you are in between two sizes you will be fine with the larger of the two.
Tight is fine for your clothing, as you well know but not in a helmet. A headache after a ride is not good.
