Canadian oilsands pipeline upsets Nebraskan land owners
The last letter Randy Thompson received from TransCanada Corp., arrived in early April, a blunt missive offering $17,861 to let the Calgary-based company run a 36-inch oilsands pipeline across his family’s land.
