King of the Mountain match.Are you going to miss it or was it necessary to drop it to make a better product?
True but it was on the other hand what made them sort of original.Look at the Ultimate X for example(hope I getting the match right lol).If they take that out of the x division then that would be another match gone that makes them unique.
Now its about like buying a cars nowdays.They most all look a like without much cosmeticly difference.
I’m going to miss it actually if they never bring it back. It was a very unique match, and it one of a few matches that seperated TNA’s product from the WWE’s product. It made TNA standout a bit, just like you said regarding the Ultimate X match, the whole Lockdown PPV, and the Lethal Lockdown match on that PPV.
Just like the NWA used to have the Wargames match, it was a unique match that stood out for their company, I think it was a good idea to have King of the Mountain. Certain things like the X-division, King of the Mountain, Lethal Lockdown…a solid tag team division and Knockouts division were things that made TNA stand on it’s own. Something different for the fans to see, so that when TNA attracts more fans, it would be something unique from the WWE. I really hope they don’t let go King of the Mountain and bring it back at some point, and I hope those other things that made TNA unique are kept in TNA. Otherwise, if companies didn’t have their own unique things and just copied WWE when they try to grow, fans would just have clone versions of the WWE everywhere…and would likely make wrestling overall stale and boring, and the other companies just look like copycats.
