When was the kickstand invented, and who invented it? When were reflecters invented, and who invented them? Who invented the tandem/ two seater bike? Who invented the racing bike? Who invented the moutain bike, and when was it invented?
I doubt you will find out when these things were invented as most of what you are asking is innovations to an existing thing, a bicycle.
