Can my condo association fine me for leaving one pair of shoes at the front door ?
Can my condo association fine me for leaving one pair of shoes at the front door? The bylaws state “All common elements and units must be kept clean and free from unsightly objects or stains.”
It does sound like it’s a violation of the bylaw. But it would be awfully harsh for them to fine you without first giving you a warning. This is just the nature of the beast with condo and home owner associations.
