How do I remove the pedal on a Dahon Speed D7?
Hi,
I’m trying to replace the pedals on a Dahon D7 Speed, and can’t get the original ones off. Which way do I turn the allen key for the left pedal ? I have a feeling I may have inadvertently been tightening it by mistake……
Don’t use an allen key … use a pedal wrench (15 mm usually).
When looking from the inside (from the Right Side of the bike looking at the left crank), the pedal is turned counterclockwise to remove and clockwise to insert it.
It helps to look at the thread on the new pedal to visualize it.
