Stamina InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer – Compact and yet Powerful
The Stamina E1000 is a compact elliptical trainer. It is small enough for home use and can be conviniently stored away when not being used, and yet it is a powerful fitness equipment which can deliver challenging cardiovascular workouts.
Elliptical trainers are the next wave of advancement in low-impact cardio exercise machines, and as such they keep growing in popularity. Traditionally cardio workouts are done on equipments such as treadmills. An issue with doing such exercises is that they cause excessive pressure and stress on body parts such as knees, back and hips. Fitness enthusiasts then created a solution to this problem, in form of low-impact cardio exercises. One of the exercise equipment created to support such exercises is the elliptical trainers. The idea of this equipment is to remove the stress and pressure created by feet repeatedly leaving and dropping on the equipment platform, therefore in elliptical trainers your feet never get separated from the pedals. When riding an elliptical trainer, your feet on the pedals will move in oscillating patterns which simulate walking, stepping, cycling and skiing. And since your feet never leave the pedals, you will not experience any negative impact on your back, knees, hips and ankles.
Elliptical trainers are not meant for home usage since they are generaly big. But now there is Stamina Elliptical Trainer. This elliptical trainer is compact by design. The main things on this equipment are only a set of foot pedals attached to a compact steel base. There is no huge frame or flywheel, and there are no handle bars or console. In fact the whole unit only weights approximately 24 lbs. Nevertheless, Stamina InMotion E1000 does not omit important and convinient features, such as a tension controller located at the base of the frame which lets you to adjust the intensity of your workouts, and an electronic display which shows number of strides per minute, total number of strides, calories burned and exercise time. The display is also able to scan your stats so that you can conviniently monitor your progress during each workout session. The foot pedals also work in both forward and reverse movements, thus you can work muscle groups in different ways for more variety and challenge.
