Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 – A Wise Business Arrangement
The Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 is a bit older model printer, but remains one of the best to use. It’s an example of how a multi-function machine doesn’t have to be complicated to use. Two types of print outs, both color and black and white, are available from this amazing printer. You can also send a color fax.
The WorkCentre Pro 412 runs with the support of a modem with a running speed of 33.6 kilobytes per second. Twelve paper sheets can be printed within one minute from this printer. 550 paper sheets can be stored in one tray inside the printer at a time for printing. This is only possible if the sizes of the paper sheets are regular. Otherwise for unusual sizes it is best to have about 100 sheets at a time. Again the storing capacity of the printed paper sheets by the printer is of about 250 sheets at once.
This Xerox printer has the capability of copying on both sides at a time with a fine quality of print layout. Because of this fine quality printing and multi tasking ability the Pro 412 saves a big amount of cash for entrepreneurs using these printers in their offices. The most amazing thing though with regard to this printer is that it takes a roomful of expensive machines and combines them into one productive package that is in itself rather portable. This frees up so much space in your room that can be used for other purposes.
One of the most interesting things and a very attractive feature about this type of printer is the warming up time of the machine. It just takes a time of about 13 seconds to get it ready for use after switching on the machine. This becomes very handy for quick printing.
The set up for the Pro 412 is very easy and also very user friendly. The printer is provided with the software that is simple to install and the printer supports the software without any problems. The software provided is so good that it signals via your computer when any of the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 compatible toner cartridge are getting low.
