Does anyone use the True Ceramic Pro?
The True Cermamic Pro is a ceramic straightening iron that I found out about from an infomercial on TV. I bought one online about six months ago and it worked beautifully!
Then all of a sudden the indicator light started flickering and the heating unit would come on and off intermittently. Now it doesn’t work at all.
The website I purchased the product from has a customer service form that I filled out over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I even called the number and it was a call center in Canada that couldn’t help me. Anybody else have similiar experiences? Did it get resolved?
No i have not used that product but if you want a good flat iron try the CHI. The only down fall is that they are expensive.
