Bill to cut horse-racing dates advances in N.J. Senate
The minimum number of racing dates for Monmouth Park each year would be reduced to 71 under the bill. The measure also would clarify that N.J. could jointly operate the Meadowlands Racetrack and Monmouth Park this summer while incoming private operators are in the process of becoming fully licensed.
