Why does our ’93 Jeep Grand Cherokee says there is “Rear Lamp Failure” even though they work fine?
The in dash computer system in our ’93 Jeep Grand Cherokee says that there is “Rear Lamp Failure”, but all of the lights work fine. We took out all the bulbs and put them back in the sockets thinking that would solve the problem, but it still alerts us of the “Rear Lamp Failure”. Does anyone know why this is being triggered or how we can fix the system ourselves? Thanks to everyone in advance for your replies!
Could it be the brake lights? Third brake light? Back-up lights? License plate light?
