How do I get a replacement for my Macbook startup disc?

This recently happened to my computer. I am studying in England right now at Reading University. My family cannot find the operating disc at my home in New Jersey. I was wondering how I would go about getting a replacement disc sent to me here.
My computer was my line for all school work, communication, and entertainment while studying abroad. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
