Can you adjust a road bike handlebar stem?
Is there any way that you can adjust the angle of a handlebar stem that is angled up? Or will I have to buy a new one? My local bike shop told me that they would adjust it but they never did.
If you have a threadless stem you can simply flip it over. If you have a quill stem you can’t do any thing and must buy a new stem.
