buying new downhill mountainbike forks, but what is…?
im looking into buying these downhill forks from ebay, have a look-see

in the description it reads ’2010RockShox Boxxer team suspension forks supplied with two crowns and Rockshox BOXXER TEAM mission control.’ but i don’t know what the “crowns” are
can anyone help me out? are these the brackets that connect the forks to the frame?

yeah just found out! what a waste of five points! turns out thr crowns are what connect forks to frame
the steerer tube connects the fork to the frame, the crown connect both stanchions to the steerer tube
btw those forks are perfect, enjoy
