What is the correct posture for Saddle Seat riding?
If you could tell me all the way from the feet to the head posture that would be great! Thanks!
You should be sitting up straight, not leaning back with your feet way out in front of you like this guy:

However, saddleseat riders do sit farther back than hunt or western riders do. Not just farther back on the horse, but, as I was told when I started riding saddleseat, you have to “sit on your butt, not on your crotch.”
Hands should be held high, usually higher than your elbows, although it depends on your horse’s headset to a degree. And make sure you keep your head up, and shoulders back.
Stirrups should be at the height of your ankle when your leg is hanging naturally, and lower legs should be off the horse, not close to his barrel. Elbows should also be out slightly, but not so much that you look like a chicken.
