how many signal bars would 10mbps internet speed get me on cod?
im going to be getting a adsl modem thing and its something like 25GB per month and 10mbps, and im going to hook up a router to it so i can connect it to my ps3 wirelessly and i was just wondering if 10mbps would get me a really good signal strength on call of duty like all 4 bars all the time.
ok put it straight, 10mbps is an excellent speed for anything… but you’re the most important thing is signal which is what you’re talking about… internet speed is not a measure of signal bars, I could have 1mbps and get full signal bars… signal bars are measured by how good your wireless router is at transmitting data, in other words how FAR are you from the router, are there any NOISE (walls, upstairs/downstairs, handheld phones etc) in between you and your router, how many people are CONNECTED onto your router… you get the point.
