What is the best mouth wash for braces?
I recently got train-track braces, and I have been wondering which is the best UK mouthwash for me to use? I’ve seen ones that whiten teeth, ones that kill bacteria, but I’m thinking the best ones should get rid of plaque, surely?
Because it is so hard for you to clan your teeth fully with braces, then surly a plaque-killer like Colgate Plax?
I am currently using Dentl pH.
Please tell me the EXACT one to use (There is so many types of Listerine!)
Use listerine.
I know when i had braces my breath reeked and my teeth went yellow, but trust me, lIsterine fixes it!!
