Which Triathlon Beginner Package is the best?

I would probably go with the Nytro
I’m assuming that the bikes are built up the same – though I can’t see with the Nytro Kestrel and it may be that it has better or worse specs than the all3sports.
For me there really isn’t a lot of difference in it. The only thing that stands out is the aero helmet in the all3sports. Aero helmets are really useful but the benefits don’t kick in until over 30km/h. Can you cycle at 30km/h for 40 minutes? In Australia and SE Asia where I race having an aero helmet says that you are FAST. If you’re at the back of the pack with one you don’t look cool 
That said times are changing and every year more and more people wear them for the same reason that people use tri bars – because you can go faster.
Apart from that the packages look pretty close and I doubt you’ll be disappointed whichever you chose.
