Is it worth buying a brand new motorbike?
As opposed to a second hand one?
Basically I have had 2 bikes, the first was indestructable but a death trap and the second was great except it was never out of the garage as it was always breaking down.
So I decided that my next bike should be new, then I get years of ‘trouble free’ riding due to warranties and such.
BUT given that a brand new bike would be £4,500ish and one 4 or 5 years old is more like £2,000ish I am now sorely tempted to get a used one.
But will I regret it a year or two later?
Help me oh wise Yahoo community!
if you buy from a dealer you can get 1 years waranty on a 1 year old bike new ones have too many taxes attatched to them .I bought a 1 year old triumph that only had 860 miles on the clock for just under £2000 off the new price keep looking they are out there
