putting weather stipping around trunk led good or bad?
My car shakes and vibrates because of then subs .I have weather stripping behind the tag to stop the noise.I have just put weather stripping around trunk led to stop it from vibrating. Is this a good thing to do because it will cut off some of ventilation to the trunk.Is this ok to do with a amp and subs inside or will it be enough air ventilation coming through the seats and other places.If not would someone suggest some other material to use. It seams to work good .
it shouldnt be that much of a problem, check your amp after a while, if its really hot i would try something besides weather stripping. also fold your seats down for some ventilation, and it sounds better(if your seats fold down)
