You’re going to think I’m dumb but how do I cook white medium grain rice? How long? How much water? How much?
rice? I have never made it before…
Thank you guys! No thumbs down from me, I am making it right now!
2 cups water
1 cup rice
1 tablespoon butter
Boil water & butter and add rice, stir for about 30 seconds.
Turn stove to med – low and put lid on pan.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Serves 4
Always it is a 2 to 1 ratio of water to rice depending on how much yu want to make
